2006: : Tania Hotmer, CAPM, Franklin University

Tania holds an Associate of Science degree and is working toward a Bachelor in Applied Management with a minor in Project and Process Analysis. She is employed by American
Electric Power working on large-scale projects including a 600 MW Integrated Gasification
Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plant construction project. She enjoys spending time with her
family and taking classes or reading books to learn new things. She is also actively involved
with her local United Way as a Business Unit Leader.

2005: Meena Bharwani, Xavier University  
Meena holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. She has been employed at General Electric, Intel and American Express, managing projects and working in human resources. She enjoys singing and was a member of the MIT choir and a Sweet Adeline. She has volunteered her time tutoring elementary school children, with Big Brother Big Sisters and GE Flfun.

2004: Daphne Franklin, Franklin University  
Daphne is pursuing a business degree at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She is an Assistant to the Vice President of Manufacturing in a Columbus, Ohio company. She supports many team projects including designing labels for customer products, creating reports and helping design and write documentation. Her ambition and dream is to further herself in a business career. She was involved in social work for ten years, and felt she had many accomplishments but wants more personnel challenge.

2003: Shirelle Cox, University of Phoenix  
Shirelle Cox, PMP, is currently enrolled in MBA program at the University of Phoenix, Troy, OH campus. She is an Information Systems Analyst with the City of Dayton and is a member of the Dayton-Miami Valley PMI Chapter.
